Need ideas for a beach wedding please?

I think we are going to find an officiant to marry us on the beach near our apt.We can't afford much and were going to just do the courthouse thing, but it is appealing to me less and less as the date gets closer(May 18th) and it is CLOSE!I have no dress yet or anything!I want something simple and mellow for the after party.Any ideas?
