Can i use ground almonds as a low carb substitute for breadcrumbs in sausages?

I would like to use these ingredients to make galmorgan sausages from a company and they use, Tofu, Leek, Soya bean fibre, cheddar cheese, Palm oil, egg, Brown rice, Onion, Rolled oats, Sea salt and Black pepper. But i dont know the receipe. I could use a traditional receipe, which is fine but i am intolerant to wheat and potatoe. Can anyone help?
