Is DJ Pauly D and DJ Italian Sensation the same person?

I'm thinking this because they have the same song "StarKilla," and it makes me think that if two famous DJ's have the same song, then they are the same DJ. Unless the internet is wrong and one of the DJ's doesn't really play this song.
