Do you think Conrad Murry is being used as a scapegoat?

I think people are setting this guy up as a criminal to try and take away the fact that michael himself was a pill popping addict, that even administed drugs himself, the only reason this guy was brought to anyones attention in the first place was because it imerged that he was in fact the singers personal doctor, but that doesnt mean anything. the dead dont speak as they so, is most likely he wil be going to go to jail anyway.
