Ecstasty = Bumps??? help!?

Okk I took Ecstasy and now I have little white bumps on my tounge, not at the tip of te tounge but towards the back. I'm scared, I don't know what it is, but can someone explain to me what it is and how long it will stay on my tounge? Or what I can do to get rid of it without going to a doctor or dentist?
