What should I offer for this used vehicle?

Its a 2008 Nissan Rogue SL AWD with 17,000 miles on it. Its Indigo Blue with black interior. It comes with the Nissan premium package(includes Bose sound system, 6 disc cd changer, Nissan intelligent key, bluetooth phone system). The list price is $18,900. It seems to be in great condition. Any haggling will be done over the phone or by email because the dealership is 4 hours from where i live and i won't be going there unless they agree to sell me the car for a reasonable price. I am awaiting a pre-approval for a loan from my credit union for $17,000, but I am looking to pay more around $15 or $16 out the door for it. What are my chances, and do you have any advice? Thanks.
