Is there a way to filter-search your MySpace friends by geography?

I am a musician and I would like to use MySpace as a newsletter...where I can send out e-mail updates to only those people to whom the news pertains. So, say I have a show in Tampa, Florida, I can sort my friends to those within 50 miles of Tampa. Can I do this with MySpace? Thanks.
