What can I do to get rid of my warts?

I've got two, and one more is starting to form I think. One, the one I've had the longest, is on my right middle finger, another is on the side of my right hand, and the new one is on the palm of my left hand. I've only ever tried treating the one on my middle finger because it was the biggest and most noticeable. I've used those wart bandages on it (didn't work), tried freezing it with Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away (ditto), and now I'm trying something I read online, I wrapped it in scotch tape and have had it on for almost a week. It looks whiter and a bit smaller, but not much. I'm trying the wart bandaids on the other two because they're smaller and hopefully it'll work on them. I really can't stand having warts, I've had to avoid hand contact with people for about a year and they're just really ugly. What did you use on your warts that worked? Should I just go to a dermatologist? What could they do for me?
