Please give some of your comments?

i have an ectopic pregnancy last may 2006 i dont have my right fallopian tube but i still have my right ovary. now im trying to get pregnant again. my obgyn prescribed clomid. i already have it for five consecutive days and then i have my ultrasound. result of ultrasound showed i have i mature follicle. and my obgyn ask me to . my husband and i did but only once. do you think i have a chance to get pregnant?
