Nausea and dizziness from period? (PLEASE Help)?

I'm on yasmin birth control so I don't normally get major cramps anymore but now I'm really dizzy, weak, shaky and feel like throwing up. The dizziness could be from my anxiety but I didn't feel well yesterday either and it just got worse instead of better. Any ideas why or how I can stop it?
