Is this normal to happen on a period?

So whenever i have my period...of course i have the normal bleeding, but sometimes this huge like...glomp of blood comes out, and its like not just blood, this like squishy thing comes out...it has blood on it, but its like squishy...ive had it all my life, whenever im on my period. so i was just courius beccause i dont know if this is normal or not
