How long does it take for an application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) to be processed?

I applied for my ILR on the 29th of August 2009 and haven't heard anything yet. I applied under SET(O), a student who has lived here for 10 years. I am originally from Cameroon. Does anyone have an idea what the current processing/waiting times are?
