HELP WITH MRI RESULTS AND WHAT THE SURGEON SAYING?

Infact on seeing this report no spine surgeon will be willing to operate ur lumbar spine,since it is very bad at the lumbar level,ur cervical spine can be operated,depending on the severity of symptoms,ur having compression at the nerves at so many multiple levels in the lumbar spine even if they attempt to operate u there will be very less guarantee of recovery plus u will develop a lot of complications [eg.instability of the spine], u have weakness in both lower limbs and upper limbs.i can help u ,but im an indian doctor.
