Did Obama promise more beatings until morale improves at the theater called the healthcare summit?

Americans have let Obama know loud and clear that they don't want Obamadon'tCare crammed down their throats. Rather than listening, Obama keeps insisting Americans are too stupid to know better and must be graced with Obamadon'tCare. I missed today's political theater performance, did our Dear Leader beat the crap out of us once more, to improve morale?
